Graham Brown Memorial Park
Graham Brown Memorial Park is an amazing 50-acre park with a great recreational area to check out. Their recreational area features things like their Timber Challenge work-out station, jogging path, children’s playground with baby equipment, lighted tennis courts, covered picnic areas with grills, and more! This park makes a great place for a picnic out with the family or even a place to have a workout, so check out this great park!
Opened in 1978, The Acadiana Park Nature Station is a 150-acre facility that offers free guided hiking tours around the facility, hiking trails and also offers field trip visits from schools. At this facility, you’ll be able to explore a conserved wildlife environment and learn about the native plants, animals, and nature conservation. This is a great place to learn some new things about Lafayette’s nature and take the family or some friends for some outdoor fun!
